- Part-time, Mid-Level to Senior Commercial and Technology Transactions position. Significant experience assisting with licensing agreements, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, and terms of service (among similar agreements) required.
- At least 3 years experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm required. No exceptions.
- Part-time role will initially involve approx. 10-15 billed hours weekly, with opportunities to scale to full-time if mutually desired.
